Pierwszy dotyczył Centralnej Dyspozycji Mocy, czyli infrastruktury do zarządzania liniami 110 kV.

Kolejny program, z którego wspierane są działania PGE Dystrybucja, to Fundusze Europejskie na Infrastrukturę, Klimat i Środowisko. Łączne zakontraktowane w jego ramach dofinansowanie to ponad 337 mln zł. Podobnie, jak w przypadku projektów współfinansowanych ze środków Polski Wschodniej, celem zadań składających się na 5 zawartych umów, jest m.in. Poprawa efektywności energetycznej w obszarze dystrybucji, stworzenie potencjału dla integracji źródeł OZE z siecią, wspieranie rozwoju elektromobilności i transportu zeroemisyjnego, czy poprawa stabilności dostaw energii do odbiorców końcowych. Efektem wspartych przez resort inwestycji będzie zwiększenie możliwości przyłączania nowych źródeł odnawialnych do sieci elektroenergetycznej oraz poprawa stabilności dostaw energii do odbiorców.

Grupa prowadzi również obrót hurtowy energią elektryczną, gazem, uprawnieniami do emisji CO2 i świadectwami pochodzenia, świadczy usługi systemowe dla bezpieczeństwa dostaw energii oraz prowadzi działalność ciepłowniczą i w obszarze gospodarki obiegu zamkniętego. Grupa posiada Forex TurboForex Broker-przegląd i informacje TurboForex zdywersyfikowany miks wytwórczy oparty zarówno na paliwach konwencjonalnych, jak i odnawialnych źródłach energii. Spółka PGE PAK Energia Jądrowa została powołana w 2023 roku przez PGE i ZE PAK w celu prowadzenia działań przygotowawczych pod kątem możliwości realizacji budowy elektrowni jądrowej w regionie konińskim o łącznej mocy 2,8 GW. Podano, że projekt o mocy do 263 MW oraz pojemności minimalnej 900 MWh zrealizuje spółka LG Energy Solution Wrocław, a magazyn zlokalizowany w sąsiedztwie należącej do Grupy PGE Elektrowni Szczytowo-Pompowej Żarnowiec, będzie jednym z największych w Europie bateryjnych magazynów.

Drugi wniosek na kwotę 143 mln zł dotyczy budowy sieci łączności specjalnej w technologii LTE450 na obszarze PGE Dystrybucja. Obydwa wnioski zostały ocenione pozytywnie i są rekomendowane do podpisania umów o dofinansowanie. Przewodniczący wskazał, że PGE Dystrybucja jest spółką użyteczności publicznej i – oprócz celów biznesowych – jej obowiązkiem jest zapewnienie ciągłości dostaw energii elektrycznej.

Kilka innych projektów nadal czeka na decyzje właściwych instytucji, co daje nadzieję na dalsze zwiększenie puli funduszy. – Obszar funduszy zewnętrznych w PGE Dystrybucja rozwija się prężnie i dynamicznie. Z uwagi na dobro odbiorcy końcowego, dokładamy i będziemy dokładać wszelkich starań, by konieczne wymiany, rozbudowy i modernizacje infrastruktury energetycznej finansowane były w jak największym stopniu ze środków zewnętrznych – zapowiada prezes Jacek Drozd. W ramach Perspektywy Finansowej 2021–2027, PGE Dystrybucja prowadzi intensywne działania zmierzające do pozyskania środków na inwestycje, z których część zakończyła się już sukcesem, czyli pozyskaniem dotacji. W roku 2024 spółka realizowała 15 umów o dofinansowanie, przy czym 11 zostało podpisanych właśnie w ciągu ostatnich 12 miesięcy. Spółka poinformowała, że w poniedziałek skierowała do lubelskiej prokuratury zawiadomienie o możliwości popełnienia przestępstwa i narażenia spółki na blisko 1,5 mln zł strat.

Licząc zatem z zawartymi wcześniej umowami, PGE Dystrybucja tylko z tego jednego programu zakontraktowała współfinansowanie swoich inwestycji środkami unijnymi w wysokości prawie 570 mln zł. Zbudowano w ten sposób potencjał wsparcia na rekordową kwotę w wysokości ponad 960 mln zł. Ponadto, spółka oczekuje na podpisanie trzech kolejnych umów o dofinansowanie o wartości dotacji przekraczającej 343 mln zł, z Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Polski Wschodniej, o którym więcej poniżej. Dodatkowo, trzy kolejne wnioski na dofinansowanie o wartości 245 mln zł przeszły pozytywną ocenę i niebawem zostaną przekute w kolejne granty.

Podstawowe informacje – PGE

To jest realizacja strategii nie tylko spółki, ale także rządu, bo jednym z filarów transformacji energetycznej będzie właśnie energetyka jądrowa – powiedział minister energii Miłosz Motyka. Jego zdaniem w ten sposób zarząd spółki „niszczy organizacje związkowe, przede wszystkim Solidarność”.

Transformacji niezwykle istotna jest przebudowa i modernizacja sieci dystrybucyjnej w sposób umożliwiający sprawne przesyłanie energii w ramach systemu opartego na rozproszonych źródłach zeroemisyjnych lub niskoemisyjnych. Jak poinformował, wyrażenie zgody przez ministra energii pozwoli zamknąć tę transakcję. Ze sprawozdania finansowego PGE Dystrybucja wynika, że przychody spółki ze sprzedaży wzrosły z 10,5 mld zł w 2023 r. Zysk netto wzrósł z 1,9 mld do 2,2 mld zł (zmiana o 17,8 proc.). Myszka przyznał, że jego zwolnienie ma związek z zawiadomieniem do prokuratury, o którym dowiedział się z mediów.

Jego zdaniem działanie zarządu mogło „zachwiać stabilnością funkcjonowania oddziału”. W jego ocenie wszystkie zmiany restrukturyzacyjne powinny zostać zgłoszone i uzgodnione z komisją dialogu społecznego. Jak wspomniano już wyżej, spółka oczekuje podpisania w najbliższym czasie trzech kolejnych umów o dofinansowanie w tym programie, dla których łączna wartość dotacji przekroczy 343 mln zł.
